    Responsibilities

    + Take charge of the deli’s daily operations, steering us towards success.

    + Recruit, mentor, and elevate a team of enthusiastic deli staff.

    + Provide constructive feedback and motivation to your team, driving excellence.

    + Craft efficient work schedules, ensuring smooth operations.

    + Master the art of inventory management, balancing stock levels for optimal efficiency.

    + Uphold a sparkling clean and safe store environment.

    + Wisely manage key cost expense lines, keeping us financially healthy.

    + Ensure our food service areas meet the highest standards of health and cleanliness.

    + + Other duties as assigned

    + must be able to work all shifts.

    + Deli management experience is a must.

    Qualifications

    + At least 21 years of age, with a valid driver’s license.

    + Ready and able to work various shifts and days – flexibility is your middle name.

    + A whiz with numbers, comfortable with basic math.

    + Preferably experienced in the food service industry.

    + Eager to become ServeSafe certified, demonstrating your commitment to food safety.
