Our employees play a vital role in advancing sustainability, environmental justice, and clean energy solutions, ensuring a positive and lasting impact on Massachusetts and its residents. *Description:* *Bureau of Air and Waste Air Permitting Program* The Air Permitting Intern would be responsible for reviewing existing permits issued by the MassDEP Northeast Region (NERO) Air Permitting Group in order to create a modernized list of all active permits. The purpose of this list is twofold: to develop a database of permit template language, and to summarize all active reporting and testing requirements required by said permits. The intern may offer recommendations for updating facility classifications and reporting requirements for facilities that haven’t come in for permitting in recent years.
