Job Description:
This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Line of Business Job Description:
The Implementation Manager is responsible for managing small to large scale client implementation projects for the Health Benefit Solutions products (i.e. HSA, FSA, Commuter Benefits, LSA and HRA).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and implementation of complex new business wins. This includes ensuring client business requirements are understood and satisfied. This role also works with the product organization to design and implement customer solutions, assess deal impact and delivery against the RFP contracts and agreements.
This candidate must have excellent communication and client management skills to maintain positive client relations. This candidate must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. They must possess initiative and desire to enhance client satisfaction through timely and accurate implementations for our consumer driven healthcare products.
The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple client projects at one time. Project management is complete by holding client meetings through WebEx and managing project plan tasks through Excel and other internal systems including iGate and Health Benefit Solutions. Implementation managers will need to utilize Excel formulas such as Vlookup and simple Excel formulas. They will also be responsible for participating in internal projects as needed. This role is responsible for scope management, change management and estimating the impacts of scope change (timeline and cost).
Required Skills:
+ Familiarity with Consumer Driven Healthcare Products (ex. HSA, FSA, Commuter Benefits, LSA and HRA)
+ Extensive Project management experience, including the use of project plans and issue/resolution tracking
+ Client relationship/vendor management skills
+ Proficient in MS Word and Excel
+ Effectively communicates among peers and with management
+ Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and tasks with overlapping deliverable dates
+ Organizing, leading and/or participating on project related calls via WebEx. Coordinating tasks among internal and external partners.
+ Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion. Experience with pivot tables, Vlookups, and other simple Excel formulas.
+ Develops and socializes potential risk mitigation strategies. Utilizes problem solving abilities to adapt quickly to the needs of each unique client.
+ Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed.
+ Performs project management responsibilities relating to client enhancements and conversions.
+ Assists in defining the scope and impact of projects and effectively communicates the impact on the organization.
+ Establishes project tasks and timelines and effectively manages them.
+ Develops and revises project materials and maintains project documentation
