Procurement Coordinator

Responsible for assisting with critical vendor relationship needs, including but not limited to: service agreements, nondisclosures, purchase orders, invoices, insurance, on-boarding documents, and other responsibilities as assigned. Understands the ramifications of indirect procurement to company’s supply chain and to assist in other areas of procurement as needed.
+ On-board and maintain supplier database and related paperwork for contractors, vendors, consultants and utilities. Involves preparing, issuing, negotiating, mediating, filing, tracking, and re-issuing documents as necessary.
+ Assist in preparing contracts and insurance needs between suppliers and Wells Legal and Wells Risk Management.
+ Assist in preparing, issuing, mediating, filing, tracking and re-issuing documents as necessary.
+ Track information and maintain data metrics. Analyze data and assist with internal and external presentations for past, present and future spend to provide updates at any time and assist with forecasting spend.
+ Facilitating various tactical needs as they arise within the indirect or direct procurement group, including but not limited to: obtaining and distributing data requests, root-cause analysis, representing indirect/direct procurement in meetings, etc.
+ Assist in driving continuous improvement and developing and implementing protocols and practices to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies of strategic initiatives.
+ Assist in other areas of procurement as assigned.
