Pay: $825 Weekly Gross Pay Direct Deposit
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Duration: August to June
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated Special Education Behavioral Technicians to join our special education program in Madison, WI. This role is crucial in providing support to students with special needs and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Implement behavioral interventions and support plans
+ Monitor and record student progress
+ Collaborate with teachers and other staff
+ Provide one-on-one and small group support
+ Assist with classroom management
+ Communicate with parents and guardians
+ Participate in training and professional development
Qualifications:
+ 1 year Experience in special education or behavioral support
+ Registered Behavior Tech preferred
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
+ Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents
+ Commitment to professional growth and development
