    We currently have a need fora **CVG OCNT Group Supervisor** at our CVG Hub in Erlanger, Kentucky. This role will primarily be responsible for supporting the OCNT Group using advanced levels of containerization, checkpoints and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Leading and providing support to the OCNT Group Agents.

    + Ensures training of each agent meets department standards.

    + Analyze and provide progress of departmental tasks.

    + Provides in-depth containerization support for the Hub.

    + Produces accurate reporting for the operations team.

    + Supports the field for data and containerization.

    + Understanding of transit performance and checkpoint flows.

    + Provides accurate outbound manifesting of express shipments departing the Hub.

    + Provide accurate checkpoints on shipments transiting CVG.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + 3 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or industry related field preferred.

    + Previous operations experience.

    + Experience with OCNT manifesting procedures, DCVS, SHERLOC, ECIS, NMIV.

    + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced express environment.

    + Ability to lead multiple employees.

    + Strong PC Skills with data entry background.

    + Advanced Level Skills in MS Word and Excel.

    + Strong communication (oral and written) skills.

    + Ability to make decisions quickly.

    + Flexible shift schedule and availability for weekend shifts.
