Marketing Ops Specialist

Purpose:
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of various Marketing platforms related to Marketing Operations. The Marketing Operations Specialist would lead the operation and support staff in the use of any platforms or programs that are assigned. The position will also manage projects and tasks supporting the strategic goals and large initiatives from Marketing leadership. An ideal candidate would be an energetic person who can champion the use and continual growth/improvement of Marketing platforms.
This position will work a hybrid structure, reporting into the office as needed.
Responsibilities:
+ Support the other team members from the Marketing Operations and Marketing Administration teams as needed, including project management efforts, operational reporting requests, marketing automation, channel readiness, and operations or Marketing leadership.
+ Create or revoke user accounts with correct permissions in various Marketing platforms.
+ Perform department staff training for platform processes and workflows during onboarding and offboarding of staff into the Marketing Department, along with continuous education of these platforms.
+ Document processes and specific platform information in the Marketing Knowledge base.
+ Help resolve process gap issues by working with the manager and other Marketing Operations staff.
+ Know of and manage data quality efforts for any assigned marketing department platforms or programs.
+ Facilitate efficient operations between marketing campaign staff, creative services, channel areas, and other production teams.
+ Maintain productive working relationships between multiple groups within the marketing department with diverse skills and backgrounds.
+ Act as a liaison between Marketing Staff and platform vendor contacts as needs arise.
+ Obtain feedback from department staff or platform users to improve processes and platform utilization, and work with the PM team to successfully deploy change management.
+ Perform the day-to-day operations and support of any assigned marketing department platforms or programs.
+ Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business administration, required.
+ 4-5 years of professional experience in a marketing-related position.
+ Demonstrated ability to coordinate and document cross-functional projects for business needs.
+ Experience and comfort level in collecting business use cases from small and large groups.
+ Strong team player who is solution-oriented.
+ Attention to detail and the ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and vendors.
+ Comfortable with looking at data and working with spreadsheet-formatted information.
+ Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Experience with general marketing software platforms such as Workfront is required. **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:**
