Position Details:

Hours: 6am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri (some overtime possible)

Pay: $19.00/hr

Duration: One year contract position with an opportunity of being temp to hire.

Who We're Looking For:

Candidates with the ability to build noncomplex optical / electrical / mechanical sub-assemblies within quality requirements. This person should be reliable and detail oriented.

What to Expect as a Assember/Packer:

+ Follow standard work processes as provided

+ Ability to build Digital Radiography equipment and associate sub-assemblies within quality requirements.

+ This position will require carefully unpacking/dis-assembling parts and equipment. Then packing/re-assembly as per work instructions.

+ Accurately records data and provides input / feedback during team discussions.

+ Provide input or feedback during team discussions

+ Engage with team members and work effectively with others

+ Operates with direct supervisory support.

+ Comply with all company policies & regulations

Qualifications for Success:

+ HS Diploma or GED/HSE or 2+ years of Manufacturing/Assembly experience

+ Electrical or Mechanical Assembly experience preferred

+ Familiarity with small hand tools

+ Decision making and problem-solving skills

+ Be organized and have excellent attention to detail

+ Knowledge of safety, lean manufacturing and process improvement is helpful

+ Basic computer skills
