We’re currently looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our expanding media team. This is your opportunity to shape paid social strategy across major platforms and industries, driving performance for both D2C and B2B clients.
What You’ll Do:
+ Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
+ Manage media budgets, pacing, and reconciliation across multiple client accounts
+ Translate data into actionable insights and testing strategies, including copywriting, CTAs, creative formats, and A/B testing
+ Buy media directly in platform (Facebook Business Manager, etc.) and stay current with evolving tools and best practices
+ Analyze and report on campaign performance, telling compelling stories through data
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing experiences
What You Bring:
+ 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment)
+ Direct experience working within Facebook Business Manager (catalogs, pixels, etc.)
+ Solid understanding of Google Analytics and digital performance KPIs
+ Strong client communication skills and proven ability to hit deadlines
+ Analytical thinking with the ability to derive and present data-driven insights
+ Exceptional attention to detail, ownership of outcomes, and a proactive mindset
+ Passion for the evolving world of digital advertising and social platforms
+ Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
