    **Sodexo Government** is seeking a **Deli/Bakery Manager** for **DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at the Fort Drum Commissary** **located at Fort Drum, NY.** The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a medium sized deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.

    What You'll Do

    + frontline staff;

    + deli / bakery operations;

    + department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;

    + frontline training programs;

    + opening and closing the operation; and

    + daily operation standards.
