    Visitor Control Specialist - SECRET Security Clearance

    Stellar Innovations & Solutions Inc . has an immediate opportunity for a Visitor Control Specialist to support the Air Force On-Base at Wright-Patterson, AFB in Dayton, OH.

    Primary Duties:

    + Provides Visitor Control support to include creating contractor badges and collecting fingerprints, maintaining safe and door combinations, validating and controlling access to restricted areas/SCIFs, distributing and managing classified courier training, arming and disarming classified spaces, maintaining visitor logs, and controlling issuance and destruction of all media entering and exiting SAPF areas.

    + Provides manning the front desk, opening / closing the building, accepting deliveries, checking IDs, providing visitor badges, arranging for escort, and occasionally provides escort services.

    + Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.

    + Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.

    + Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.

    + Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

    Secondary Duties:

    + Initial point of contact for all visitors to the building.

    + Vetting and issuing of visitor badges to qualified building guests.

    + Processing requests for building access, by both visitors and in-house personnel.

    + Maintaining database in SharePoint of Building Badge Worksheets, to include Visitor Roster spreadsheet.

    + Maintain annual training and adhere to PII safeguarding protocols.

    + Create, deactivate, and destroy building access badges for in-house personnel, as needed.

    + Perform quarterly and ad hoc building badge audits reports, using the Access Control System.

    + Primary Base Mail ADO representative, sending and receiving “official” mail and packages.

    + Maintain Yearly Mail ADO training.

    + Provide guest entry assistance for high-level Distinguished Visitor meetings.

    + Assist in giving directions to personnel entering the building for SPIR token creation.

    + Perform Opening and Closing security procedures for the building.

    + Maintain list of activities performed, monthly submission for Monthly Status Report.

    Requirements:

    + 3+ years of similar experience.

    + Knowledge of MS Office Products.

    + MUST have a current / active DoD SECRET or higher Security Clearance.

    + U.S. Citizenship is Mandatory.
