Summary of Responsibilities:
The Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional environment for ATC employees, visitors, guests, and service providers. This position is responsible for greeting all visitors entering an ATC facility, as well as registering and badging visitors in accordance with established building access and security procedures. The Workplace Experience Coordinator also manages and routes incoming phone calls, coordinates mail services, administers the ordering and delivery of office supplies, maintains kitchen and conference room supplies, provides administrative support for Workplace Experience team activities, and completes special assignments for other departments as assigned.
This role will work out of our De Pere office, but you may be asked to provide coverage at one of our other offices.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Greet, register and provide security badging for all visitors and employees in accordance with established building access and corporate security procedures.
+ Answer, manage or route all incoming calls.
+ Administer the inventory of office, kitchen and conference room supplies, including ordering and stocking.
+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail services, including courier, U.S. Mail, Federal Express, UPS and other deliveries and shipments.
+ Provide support to Facilities department activities and complete special assignments for other departments as assigned.
+ Ability to multi-task and handle frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
+ Demonstrate compliance with ATC’s Code of Conduct, all company policies and procedures, and all laws and regulations that govern ATC
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education:
+ High school diploma; additional degrees/certifications preferred
Minimum Experience:
+ Experience in a business environment providing exceptional customer service; demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment, tact and diplomacy
+ Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; must project a professional demeanor and be able to perform well as part of a team
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook e-mail and Calendar, Excel, and Word); solid understanding of Windows applications
+ Experience in security access control preferred
+ Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment, often without supervision
Physical Requirements:
+ Executive, administrative or clerical position in which employee is primarily involved with sedentary work, including keyboarding.
+ Requires occasional lifting objects 10 to 15 pounds and/or light physical activity including bending, squatting, stooping, twisting, reaching, walking, standing and working on irregular surfaces.
