    SAIC is looking for a Systems Engineer that is an expert in a wide variety of signal structures to help maximize the value of high priority mission operations.     Qualifications

    + TS/SCI with Polygraph required

    + Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years of experience

    + Experience with a variety of long and short haul networking equipment and technologies

    + Excellent understanding of signal structures and multiplexing technologies

    + Excellent understanding of layer 2 and layer 3 protocols
