The Mobility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization's mobile device management strategy, ensuring the efficient utilization of mobile technologies, and optimizing costs associated with mobile services. This role requires collaboration with vendors, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure that mobility solutions align with business needs and corporate standards. The Mobility Supervisor is crucial for driving the success of the organization’s mobile device and wireless program across North America, ensuring efficient project execution, cost management, and adherence to corporate policies. This role will involve strategic oversight of mobility initiatives, collaboration across departments, and implementing process improvements to achieve business goals.
+ Lead and manage projects related to mobile device acquisitions, significant upgrades, system migrations, and training initiatives.
+ Collaborate with various departments (e.g., IT and Procurement) to ensure alignment on project goals and share progress updates. Schedule regular check-ins and meetings to address any concerns and keep projects on track.
+ Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively, ensuring successful outcomes and minimizing disruptions.
+ Act as the main point of contact for resolving account billing disputes with mobile service providers. Engage in negotiations to ensure timely resolution and fair treatment.
+ Regularly review mobile accounts for discrepancies, ensuring all charges are justifiable. Develop a system for tracking and addressing ongoing account issues to enhance overall account management.
+ Collect and analyze comprehensive billing data from wireless providers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. Generate detailed usage reports that allow for a clear understanding of costs.
+ Lead a network of 35 Authorized Order Placers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and training to effectively manage device ordering processes. Place orders for businesses that don’t have an Authorized Order Placer.
+ Ensure that all Mobility Program activities adhere to the organization’s corporate standards and industry best practices, maintaining documentation and reporting where required.
+ Work closely with finance teams to ensure that mobility-related expenditures are accounted for and aligned with budget forecasts.
+ Document all existing and new processes related to the North American Mobility program. Establish protocols for how devices are ordered, managed, and disposed of.
+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years in mobility management or IT asset management, with experience in managing large-scale mobile technology projects.
+ Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and cost optimization.
+ Proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
+ Strong verbal and written communication abilities for conveying information effectively to stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with mobile device management solutions and security policies.
+ Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, strong negotiation skills.
+ Experience in leading teams or managing staff, with strong motivational and guidance capabilities.
+ Willingness to stay updated on mobile technologies and industry trends, with the flexibility to respond to changes.

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $89,000 to $138,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $100,200 to $155,100. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
