We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. As the Manager of Human Resources, you will own several aspects of our employee lifecycle inclusive of recruitment, onboarding, performance management/development, employee relations and retention. You will also manage and support our HR Coordinator with payroll processing, reporting, and HR systems. You will have the opportunity to lead departmental efforts that continuously strengthen the employee experience and organizational culture in alignment with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Requirements
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement talent acquisition strategies to ensure people are key sources of competitive advantage for our Credit Union.
2.Sourcing and Recruiting:Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates, including digital postings, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and develop campus relationships.
3.Candidate Evaluation:Manage the interview process inclusive of internal applications, conducting assessments, and making hiring decisions.
4.Organizational Structure & Design:Provide guidance and act as a key resource for management on head count, internal promotions and transfers, salary structures, and overall department development.
5.Career Pathing:Align individual goals with organizational objectives to ensure employees have clear paths for advancement and growth.
6.Performance Management:Evaluate and enhance a framework in our performance platform (goals, KPIs, utilization, and performance metrics) to drive organizational goals and employee development.
7.Employee Relations:Partner with managers to address performance issues promptly and fairly with established protocols and provide coaching through interactions.
8.Employee Retention:Analyze, recommend, and implement solutions to Human Resources issues, inclusive of policy changes/creation with the goal of improving individual and team performance.
9.HR Systems and Payroll:Directly manage HR Coordinator with supporting payroll processing, employee change requests, pre-boarding, and onboarding.
10.Compliance & Business Reporting & Audits:Support AVP of Human Resources with review and submission of various reporting and audit practices throughout the year.
11.Some Extras:Performs additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Education/Certification:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Experience Required:5+ years of proven experience in human resource management with a focus in talent acquisition/management, employee relations, and driving transformational projects. Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to employee practices. Experience in general payroll processing and reporting, HR systems (HRIS, LMS, etc.). Previous experience in financial services a plus. A minimum of 2+ years managing others within Human Resources.

+ Software: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 360 environment inclusive of SharePoint, OneDrive. Advanced skills in Excel preferred.
+ HR Systems: Paylocity or equivalent HRIS platform, Applicant Tracking Systems, PerformYard or equivalent performance management platform.

Salary Description
$90,000 - $110,000
