    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $19 - $22 / hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a** **Property And Maintenance Worker :

    + Solve maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

    + Refresh units by installing new appliances, carpeting, and lighting

    + Prepare and paint walls

    + Record maintenance activities and determine schedule for upgrades

    + Restore door locks and key systems

    + Perform minor construction and/or carpentry work

    Available shifts:

    Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

    Job requirements:

    + Minimum one year of general maintenance work experience preferred

    + Own tools of the trade and be able to bring them to the jobsite

    + Excellent verbal and written communication

    + Must have a reliable vehicle

    + Background check required
