BP&O Lead, GBG Gaming, AMER Responsibilities:

1. Utilize advanced knowledge of economic analysis, statistics, forecasting, and business intelligence to drive efficient analytics and reporting for business planning and operations.

2. Develop strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and partners across the company by translating strategic questions into structured analyses, defining success metrics, and developing reporting channels, including leading cross-functional task forces on major initiatives.

3. Conduct impactful quantitative analyses on major revenue and product trends, including vertical performance, product adoption, leading revenue indications, team productivity, and sales effectiveness.

4. Design economic and statistical models to frame and track competitive landscape, understand operation goals, and identify business insights and recommendations.

5. Make effective, data driven, strategic operating decisions in an effort to optimize the performance of the team.

6. Design and execute on a standard cadence of operations including goal-setting, revenue reviews, and key account planning.

7. Use econometric and mathematical models and statistical techniques to develop standard processes and tools/dashboards that can be scaled globally.

8. Lead recurring planning processes and partner with sales leaders on how to optimize resources to drive growth, including market opportunity sizing, product focus, and org design.

9. Identify and solve strategic questions related to Meta’s largest business opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

10. Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a consultant or analyst-related occupation.

13. 2. Managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously on multiple projects to drive business results

14. 3. Managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment

15. 4. Providing business insights and recommendations by analyzing large/complex data sets

16. 5. Data analytics and data visualization skills

17. 6. Building financial models for forecasting and business analysis

18. 7. Defining requirements for financial reporting and planning

19. 8. Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems

20. 9. Communication experience with story-telling and presentations utilizing tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides

Public Compensation:

$238,918/year to $247,500/year + bonus + equity + benefits
