    This is a contingent position based upon contract award

     

    KBR is seeking a highly motivated Test Engineer to join our cross-functional team developing new verification and validation capabilities for AI/ML algorithms in support of our customer and then applying those capabilities in testing of third-party solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Gain and understanding of the specifications and requirements for the algorithms being tested.

    + Develop test plans and then execute tests to ensure the algorithms meet those requirements.

    + Assist the cross-functional team in creating and maintaining tools and scripts to automate testing processes, improving efficiency and repeatability.

    + Investigate and (potentially) help resolve issues and failures identified during testing.

    + Ensuring that algorithm requirements are met and provide evidence to support validation.

    + Create testing reports and present the testing results to the customer and algorithm developer (as directed).

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in computer/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent field

    + 3+ years of testing of scientific algorithms.

    + TS/SCI with willingness to sit for a Poly

    + Experience working on (applicable to algorithm testing):

    + Test plan designs

    + Test resource requirements

    + Test scenarios

    + Performance analysis

    + Production qualification testing

    + Requirements testing

    + Post-mission test analysis and reporting

    + Experience developing and briefing technical material to a broad audience in meetings such as Working Groups (WGs), Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Technical Interchange Meetings, Peer Reviews, Test Readiness Reviews, Program Management Reviews, etc.

    + 2+ years testing in the DoD/IC

    Desired:

    + Experience testing AI/ML algorithms

    Additional Compensation:

    KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
