Our Operations Training Instructor will design, develop, and deliver technical, safety, OQ, and regulatory training programs for Neuco employees and subcontractors.
What You'll Do
+ Collaborating with operations to identify training needs
+ Planning and executing the development of training schedules, programs, and materials to meet operational needs
+ Delivering technical training programs through a blended learning approach, including classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training
+ Evaluating and updating existing training programs, materials, and manuals to ensure continuous improvement and compliance
+ Evaluating performance and following up with employee learning through field visits, observations, and refresher training
+ Promoting a safe work environment by actively participating in all aspects of the employee safety program
+ Maintaining the Operator Qualification Database
What You'll Have
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ 2+ years of experience in Gas Operations and/or Gas Training or equivalent education and experience
+ Ability to effectively teach Operator Qualification training
+ Extensive knowledge of training, OSHA, and construction safety procedures

Work Environment
+ Work is performed in a 80% office and 20% field work at warehouse and construction sites
+ Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
+ Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
+ Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
+ Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
+ Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
