    Your role and responsibilities

    Global Energy Management Program and Conservation Manager, IBM Corporation, Durham, NC (Up to 40% telecommuting permitted):

    * Lead the annual site energy conservation assessment and gap analysis, ensuring the global energy community is trained to implement and deliver the required conservation results in support of the company’s annual energy conservation targets.

    * Lead implementation and upkeep of company’s worldwide energy management program across global real estate’s locations Lead development and maintenance of a pipeline of energy conservation projects in partnership with facilities management partners, and lead verification of completed energy conservation actions, utility bills, and cost avoidance projects, ensuring auditability and accuracy of the data that is reported in the company’s impact report.

    * Develop the company’s annual significant energy uses matrix.

    * Ensure that all tier 1 energy sites demonstrate energy management program effectiveness through internal audit readiness.

    * Execute timely review and approval of program requirement documents including operational process control documents.

    * Utilize: IBM Envizi ESG Suite, IBM Maximo Application Suite, Enterprise Energy Management Suite (EEM Suite), IBM Tririga, CorityOne, ManagePath.

     

    Required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as an Energy Management Program and Conservation Manager or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing IBM Envizi ESG Suite, IBM Maximo Application Suite, Enterprise Energy Management Suite (EEM Suite), IBM Tririga, CorityOne, ManagePath. $128190 to $140000 per year. Full time. V181.

    Required technical and professional expertise

    Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as an Energy Management Program and Conservation Manager or related.
