    Service Center Specialist

    **Hourly Rate:** $25-30/hour

    **Shift:** Day Shift

    **Job Summary:** The Service Center Specialist will be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical service duties such as troubleshooting and repairing equipment. Responsibilities include supporting shop, sales, and branch operations, ensuring customer issues are resolved timely, and documenting and processing work orders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage inbound calls, online inquiries, and customer walk-ins.

    + Process rental quotes and order placements.

    + Document tasks using process flows.

    + Answer product questions, direct inquiries appropriately.

    + Enter orders and arrange deliveries based on agreements.

    + Review autorenewals and support contract maintenance.

    + Complete equipment rental processes and prepare customer paperwork.

    + Support Technicians with work orders and parts for repairs.

    + Compile metrics and ensure timely customer request completion.

    + Maintain accurate time entries and billing.

    + Update payment forms for service order processing.

    + Ensure service operations and parts numbers are added to orders.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    + Foster a safe working environment and culture.

    + Address internal and external customer needs.

    + Demonstrate innovation, accountability, and empowerment.

    + Function effectively in a team environment with both independent and supervised work.

    Education & Experience:

    + High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with comparable work capability.

    + Forklift experience preferred.

    + Light construction experience preferred.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and math skills.

    + Ability to troubleshoot logical processes and basic circuit testing knowledge.

    Skill Requirements:

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Collaboration with various disciplines.

    + Understanding of general business concepts and ERP systems.

    + Solid user of Microsoft Office applications.

    + Basic understanding of Field Service and CRM applications such as MS Field Service or MS CRM.

     

    Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range. Actual starting salary is based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and market conditions.

    Salary range:

    $40,300.00 - $64,500.00
