Brand Design Manager
What will you do?
A day in the life of a Brand Design Manager at Dickies looks a little like this.
The Brand Design Manager will lead the development and implementation of global brand strategies, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual identity across all markets. This role involves overseeing the design team, managing brand design system and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand consistency and innovation. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with a strong design background to enhance the brand's global presence.

+ Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment that drive high-quality design output.
+ Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all touchpoints, including digital, print, packaging and retail environments.
+ Oversee the design process from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
+ Work closely with marketing, product development, licensees, and regions to ensure brand alignment and effective communication.
+ Stay informed about global market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform design decisions and maintain brand relevance.
What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 7+ years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
+ Proficient in current state and relevant applications of art and design.
+ Ability to create and maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.
+ Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
+ Understands the consumer journey and how design, photography and video work together to build a narrative – with an eye for each discipline and the ability to speak their language at a basic level.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills with team members and stakeholders.
+ Strong cross functional collaboration to align brand design with business objectives.
+ Ability to analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and brand performance to make data-driven decisions.
+ Basic video and photo editing skills
+ Basic animation skills
+ 7+ Years of Related Professional Experience
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.
+ 1-2 years of managerial experience preferred

Hiring Range** **:
$101,952.00 USD - $127,440.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
