    Description:

    Position: Quality & Compliance Assistant – Trinity Health PACE

    Position Purpose

    Support the Quality Improvement (QI) and Compliance Program for the PACE organization, helping to ensure regulatory readiness and a culture of continuous improvement. Assist with data collection, audits, and reporting to support safe, high-quality care for participants.

    What You’ll Do

    + Support the development and execution of the annual QI/Compliance plan

    + Collect and analyze data to monitor performance and compliance

    + Assist with internal audits, surveys, and regulatory reporting

    + Coordinate communications with regulatory agencies and contracted partners

    + Help track and resolve participant grievances and appeals

    + Contribute to satisfaction surveys and improvement projects

    + Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and procedures

    + Support business continuity and disaster response plans

    + Attend training sessions to stay current with regulations and best practices

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Associate’s degree or 3+ years of related experience. A combination of education and experience may be acceptable.

    + Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    + Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical conduct

    + Must meet NC health clearance requirements prior to hire
