SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
The Report Developer will be responsible for the following:
+ Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
+ Analyze and resolve issues related to reports and data
+ Analyze, design and develop reports and extracts
+ Manage vendors
+ Project management
+ Provide reporting maintenance and support reporting tasks related to routine system upgrades
+ Provide technical support and coordination for clinical and operational leaders
+ Support end user reporting training as needed
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, in Healthcare or a Technical field required
EPIC certification a plus
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Necessary skills for successful report developers include:
+ Chronicles – Basic understanding
+ Crystal Reports – Mastery
+ EPIC – Basic (certified) within (6) months
+ KBSQL and/or SQL – Proficiency
+ Microsoft Access, Excel and Word – Proficiency
+ Microsoft PowerPoint and Project – Basic understanding
+ Minimum (3) years experience in a report developer role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
+ Self-directed with excellent organizational, analytical, writing, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
+ Windows - Proficiency
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HAZARDS:
Exposure Class I or II, service specific - various, depending on service - limited exposure to situations which could cause serious illness or injury.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Light work: standing, walking, sitting for prolonged periods of time. Light lifting regularly, moderate lifting occasionally
Pay Range: $30.00-$40.29 dependent on experience and location
