    The New Iberia facility specializes in cold box assembly and fabrication, pressure vessels and other cryogenic equipment as used for the air separation and hydrocarbon industries.The end users of this equipment include all the major LNG, petrochemical and air separation engineering

     

    _What Will You Do?_

     

    Will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of training programs, excluding those related to HR, within the organization. This role involves coordinating and scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, and ensuring that all training activities run smoothly and efficiently.

     

    + **Coordinate Training Programs:** Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

    + **Maintain Training Records:** Keep accurate records of employee training, including attendance, certifications, and feedback.

    + **Support Trainers:** Assist trainers with materials, equipment, and logistics to ensure effective delivery of training.

    + **Evaluate Training Effectiveness:** Collect and analyze feedback from trainees to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Report data to management.

    + **Manage Training Resources:** Ensure that training materials, equipment, and facilities are available and in good condition.

    + **Communicate with Stakeholders:** Liaise with department heads and managers to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    + **Compliance:** Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

    _Your Experience Should Be..._

     

    + **Education:** High school graduate, 4 year degree preferred.

    + **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training or administrative role.

    + **Skills:**

    + Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
