    About the Role

     

    _Location: Remote – Michigan residents_

     

    Are you good at communicating with people and have a knack for handling the details? Would you like to work a Monday-through-Friday schedule from the comfort of your home? This could be a great opportunity for you!

     

    As a remote Customer Service Case Analyst in Morley's reacquired vehicle management (RVM) group, you'll review cases to develop a timeline and full summary of the concerns and complaints regarding the vehicle. You'll use the information to come up with a recommendation on whether the vehicle should be bought back or if other options would be more appropriate.

     

    While a background in banking, auto dealerships or accounting is helpful, it isn't necessary in order to be a great case analyst. We'll train you on everything you need to know.

    _What You'll Do_

    + Reach out to auto dealerships

    + Use the auto manufacturer's systems to develop a timeline and full synopsis of vehicle concerns and complaints

    + Create a case assessment

    + Provide a recommendation to the case analyst team on whether a vehicle should be bought back or if other options are more appropriate to address the customer's complaint

    + Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

    _Required Skills_

    + A positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic and ability to meet deadlines

    + Computer navigation skills including typing and Microsoft Office programs

    _Eligibility Requirements_

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Three or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)

    + Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation:

    + Monday to Friday (no weekends!)

    + Primary shift: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time

    + Rotational shift 2-4 times per month: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time

    + Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably

    _Nice to Have_

    + College degree in a relevant field

    + Prior experience working in banking, accounting or an automotive dealership

    _Remote Work Requirements_

    + Michigan resident

    + High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline

    + Secluded and distraction-free work environment
