Job Description

A client in the transportation industry is looking for a senior product manager to join their team to develop and implement a comprehensive process for intake, data reporting, and modification.

Research and Management:

Conduct thorough research to validate the need for initiatives and estimate associated costs.

Define and carve out projects in alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with the business team to synchronize efforts and determine project costs.

Coordinate with offshore team to ensure successful project execution.

Data Management:

Work closely with teams involved in data ingestion to maintain a single source of truth (Snowflake).

Adhere to relevant technologies and standards.

User Engagement Strategy:

Develop a user engagement strategy to understand user needs and gather feedback.

Ensure the delivery of solutions that meet business requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and incorporate feedback.

Vendor Management:

Monitor and evaluate the technical capabilities of offshore vendors to ensure quality and performance.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years experience in a product management role that is data focused, preferred enterprise reporting

Experience working with an offshore vendor for product purposes

Experience with PowerBI for reporting purposes

Experience with Jira

Experience with Agile

Experience with data definition knowledge and data processes, data governance,

Agile Experience with the tool Atlan

Experience with the tool SODA null
