• Business Architect - Integration Lead

    Job Description

    This insurance software integration company is looking for a Business Architect with expertise in the Insurance Industry to join the team. This role will be responsible for driving projects, leading a team of business analysts, creating practice strategy, & working with clients on custom integrations. The Business Architect will work alongside a delivery lead, solution architect, & team of BA's to define project scope and hand it off to a blended on & offshore team for delivery. This role is specifically serving as a subject matter expert on Integrations. An excellent candidate will have insurance industry experience, excellent client facing communication skills, the ability to lead and develop a team, and strong integration experience with Duck Creek.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    7+ years Insurance/InsurTech Industry experience

     

    High level understanding of functional/operational concepts within Insurance, specifically with Policy, Billing, OR Claims

     

    Hands on experience leading system integrations

     

    Duck Creek Integration experience

     

    IVANS integration experience

    API experience

    ISO Reporting exposure

     

    Excellent communication

     

    Experience writing high level strategic requirements

    Experience leading and managing people - on & offshore Experience integrating with Bank & Payment Vendors null
