Job Title: Project Management Intern

Position available in:  Elk Grove Village, IL

Job Type: Temporary (12-15 Week Internship -- start: mid-May/ beginning of June – Flexible Start Date)

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $22.00

Education & experience:

+ Pursuant of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or similar discipline

Qualifications:

+ Interest in Project Management and Automation

+ Positive attitude and dependability, with the desire to learn and contribute in a team environment

+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with fixed project deadlines

Job responsibilities:

+ Updating of project plans in MS Project as well as active discussion with the customer

+ Review & execution of feedback in Allex according to the manual as well as consultation with portfolio management in case of postponements

+ Coordination of the required project activities within a project team and the technical departments

+ Quality control within the project according to the applicable rules in the PM manual

+ Creation and maintenance of project documentation in accordance with the applicable rules in the PM manual

+ Maintaining, tracking and ensuring the timeliness of action items in the Project Center

+ Reporting to supervisor and project members

+ Documentation of project status in the Project Center

+ Active participation in briefings and reporting of projects to the organization
