Job Description

The Senior RACF Information Security Analyst defines, develops and/or implements Technology Controls/Information Security related policies, programs, tools and provides specialized expertise and guidance on assessing risks, identifying potential gaps and providing security solutions to mitigate risks and protect the Bank. They will participate on projects of moderate to high complexity and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional, business line or enterprise level for their own area. Duties include the below:

-Participate on projects of moderate to high complexity

-Conduct security assessments and participate in remediation projects for components of the mainframe

-Provide technical expertise in the design of solutions and custom code development/migration/planning

-Act as a key resource and subject matter expert for RACF or ACF2 engineering

-Conduct RACF and z/OS security implementation reviews in order to meet audit requirements

-Author technical security standards for the mainframe

-Analyze and document current RACF classes and groups

-Assess, design, and document new program classes/structures & APF library structures

-Lead Facility Class cleanup

-Review and correct a variety of system-level attributes

-Perform implementation of RACF controls (CA-7, CA-1, Control-O, etc.)

-Utilize proficient to advanced knowledge of organization, technology controls/security/risk issues

-Develop, document, and maintain all RACF policies and procedures for creation of accessing granting groups/profiles based on business requirements

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of engineering experience with RACF or ACF2 (mainframe security)

-Strong knowledge of information security analysis -Bachelor's degree

-Information security certifications/accreditations null
