Job Description
A federal client of Insight Global is seeking a Data Engineer to design and enhance scalable data pipelines, manage ETL/ELT processes, and ensure data accuracy and compliance across platforms. The role involves building and maintaining data models and architectures, optimizing data storage and processing using cloud platforms and big data technologies, and implementing data security and governance measures. Additionally, the Data Engineer will monitor and maintain the reliability of data pipelines, automate workflows, and uphold regulatory compliance standards.

Skills and Requirements
- Prior experience with Qlik (or similar) and proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data processing and management
- Experience with ETL/ELT development and data pipeline automation
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, and Databricks
Familiarity with data modeling, warehousing, and lakehouse architectures
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices - Bachelors degree null
