About the Role:
As a CBRE Tenant Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing customer service support to tenants
and vendors.
This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
This position is onsite Monday - Friday in Rochester, MN
What You’ll Do:
• Organize and manage on-site events. This includes securing event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
• Prepare and distribute the property newsletter on a monthly basis.
• Assist the team with various administrative tasks. This includes communicating with tenants, vendors and guests.
• Maintain files, including insurance certificates and leases.
• Submit invoices for payment by inputting them into the accounting system.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Tenant Services Coordinator position is $24.04 per hour and the maximum salary for the Tenant Services Coordinator position is $26.44 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
