    PRACTICE SPECIFICS

    + **Exciting Opportunity:** Play a key role in developing a new and rapidly growing practice in a brand-new facility.

    + **Support & Development:** Ample practice support and procedural skill development provided by local physician leadership.

    + **High-Quality Practice Model:** 1. Integrates 4 MDs, 2 APCs, Registered Nurse, Clinic Assistants, and other support staff. 2. Promotes a culture of patient-centeredness and staff resilience.

    + **Specialty Outreach Services:** Weekly visits to the clinic, fostering close and collegial relationships with specialists.

    + **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 36 patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE. Opportunity to flex schedule for a day off weekly.

    + **Clinic Hours:** 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Your hours are flexible in that footprint.

    + **Prenatal Patients:** Opportunity to see prenatal patients if desired.

    + **Hospital Rounding:** Option to join the Moose Lake Hospital rounding team in Moose Lake, MN, if desired.

    + **Medical Records:** EPIC system.

    + Clinic site is approximately 14 miles from Duluth – Population: 87,000

    COMPENSATION

    + $307,633. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
