+ **Collaborative Team** : Work alongside a dedicated team of 11 providers, including 8 physicians (2 Family Medicine, 6 Internal Medicine) and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

+ **Clinic-Only Practice** : Focus on outpatient care with the option to take on hospitalist shifts throughout the year if desired.

+ **Flexible Hours** : Enjoy a schedule that accommodates the needs of parents with school-aged children.

+ **Comprehensive Support** : Access a 24-hour Nurse Care line and RN nurse triage office support within the clinic.

+ **Shared Call** : Participate in a manageable call schedule of 1:7, with an average of 1-3 phone calls per night.

+ **Patient Volume** : Expect to see an average of 14-15 patients per day.

REQUIREMENTS

+ **Board Certified/Board Eligible** : Candidates must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine

LOCATION

+ **Duluth, MN** : Located 150 miles North of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

+ **Service Area:** Includes Duluth, Superior, and Hermantown, with a combined population of 130,000.

COMPENSATION

+ $306,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
