About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an **Associate** **Product Manager** supporting **Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Product Team** within the **Chief Operating Office (COO)** . For additional information on lines of business, refer to the external careers site at www.wellsfargojobs.com .
In this role, you will:
+ Collaborate, consult, and support product managers and other organizational units
+ Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide support for product life cycle management
+ Participate in Scrum and Kanban global project teams, internal partners and stakeholders, including vendors and third parties on Product Area initiatives
+ Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations, and policies
+ Receive direction from Product Managers and exercise independent judgment
+ Review less complex products and services related to product management activities for product lines
+ Assist in the data set up and testing validation including partnering with other Product Owners on a holistic test strategy
+ Support data lineage deliverables

Required Qualifications:
+ 6+ months of Product Management experience, marketing experience , or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience with Currency Transition Reporting including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money laundering (BSA/AML) processes and procedures
+ Ability to be creative, innovative, and proactive in meeting enterprise needs
+ Ability to collaborate and execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple initiatives, priorities, and projects
+ Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
+ Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of employees including senior leadership
+ Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives, while fostering a team atmosphere
+ Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and team production environment, across all organizational levels including executive stakeholders, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
+ Ability to work independently, innovatively, and proactively, while exercising sound judgment
+ Advanced analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data and metrics to make effective business decisions
+ Advanced collaboration and influencing skills to achieve solutions that meet the needs of the organization; able to resolve issues, and overcome obstacles
+ Advanced organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Advanced project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while leading large complex enterprise-level initiatives
+ Demonstrated experience consolidating large amounts of project status information to identify key risks, customer impact, financial implications, delays, and issues that may pose material risk
+ Demonstrated experience driving organizational change, developing innovative solutions, and delivering results
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing internal and external stakeholders
+ Change Management processes and procedures experience
+ Financial services experience
+ Experience with audit, independent testing & validation, exam management and/or controls
+ Experience with regulatory remediation efforts including researching impacts to the enterprise resulting from changes in laws or regulations and developing a company response
+ Process efficiency experience, including process assessment, and recommendations for improvement including large-scale process transformation initiatives
+ Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams) skills
+ Proficient Wells Fargo systems and tools skills including Agile Registry and JIRA
Job Expectations:
+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
+ Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
+ Flexibility to be on call beyond normal work hours as assigned
+ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
