Overview BigBear.ai seeks to hire a talented and experienced ServiceNow Software Developer to support a high-priority CNO mission. This role demands expertise in software engineering within fast- paced, mission-critical environments and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple organizations. This position will be based out of Columbia, MD and will report on-site daily (no remote flexibility). What you will do Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Provide technical expertise in a fast-paced mission environment Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software Ensure the highest level of service and performance of all developed applications What you need to have Clearance:Must maintain a TS/SCI with poly Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university; four (4) years of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, especially in Customer Entry Portals Extensive experience with ServiceNow Web Services, including REST and SOAP Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What we'd like you to have Experience with ServiceNow integrations, ServiceNow certifications, and ITIL knowledge Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies About BigBear.ai BigBear.ai is a leading provider of AI-powered decision intelligence solutions for national security, supply chain management, and digital identity.
