    In this role you will be involved in implementing new process controls like Automated Optical Inspection as well as assisting the Quality Manager on closing corrective actions derived from customer complaints, internal audits, etc. You will interface with production personnel, manufacturing and test engineers for analyzing root cause of main scrap events and customer complaints. Other duties may be assigned as needed based on your skills and business needs. Rate of pay: $22/hr to $27/hr

    Qualifications

    + Student majoring in electrical or electronic engineering, software engineering (or similar major)

    + Experience with Microsoft Office, Minitab preferred.

    + Willingness to learn problem solving methodologies and assist quality and manufacturing as needed.

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    + Positive attitude with passion for growth, can-do approach to obstacles.

    + Able to work in a flexible and changing environment.
