Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Sourcing & Operations, the **Senior Manager of Strategic Programs** is a high-impact role responsible for leading department-level initiatives that enhance competitiveness, drive cost savings, and foster organizational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and problem solver with a passion for transformation, innovation, and change leadership. As a trusted partner across functions, you will lead key programs, drive change management efforts, build a strong department culture, and own internal communications to ensure clarity, alignment, and momentum.
