At DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch automotive service and customer care. With a reputation built on trust and efficiency, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Service Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatch position plays a critical role in maintaining smooth shop operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

+ Prior experience in a service dispatcher role, Preferred.

+ Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.

+ Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

+ Proficient in shop management software and computer systems.

+ Prior Ford experience, A Plus.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The CA-based HOURLY range for this full-time position is $18.00 to $20.00/hr.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
