    Summary: Craig Technologies has an opening for a Publication Expert/Web Admin at Sunnyvale, CA. This position will be supporting the NASA Aviation Safety Reporting System (ASRS) contract and is responsible for Generating the ASRS newsletters (CALLBACK), UAS Safety In Sight electronic mailings, and the C3RS newsletters (Inside The Rail), in addition to maintaining and updating the ASRS and C3RS website and generating high-quality technical publications, outreach materials, and presentations for ASRS and C3RS safety products and special studies.

    Detailed Description:

    + Collaborate to design outreach marketing materials such as brochures and posters, effective informational graphics, QR codes to direct users, and visual presentations that improve program comprehension and address the complex needs of industry groups and events.

    + Work with editors within a process flow to generate various newsletter publications from layout, graphics and featured data content. Publish in PDF and HTML format to websites in addition to email distribution.

    + Craft email publications and campaigns via Constant Contact for monthly and quarterly distribution. Manage subscriptions and website integration with sign up tools for subscription growth.

    + Maintain, upgrade, and create content for each program website. Maintain an understanding of web site management, information architecture, user experience, analytics, web technologies best practices and Section 508 compliance.

    Required/Desired skills

    + Skills in technical writing, editing, desktop publication, computer graphics, and presentation design; including multi-media, website, analytics, and mobile-responsive website design and maintenance.

    + Working knowledge in: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

    Position Requirements:

    + Angular and Angular JS, Java / JavaScript and JQuery.

    + Content Management Systems such as WordPress for websites or other online platforms.

    + Experience with marketing email distribution services such as Constant Contact.

    + Experience with web server technology

    + Experience with a code repository Git, BitBucket, or similar

    + Must be a US Citizen

    Desired Experience:

    + Additional desired, and not required requirements to be considered and hired for this position such as a specific software tool
