    CAR RENTAL AGENT

    The Rental Agent is responsible for assisting customers throughout the rental car process in our dealerships. The Rental Agent communicates with customers and dealership personnel in the execution of their duties.

    Responsibilities

    + · Quotes cost of rental car, based on rates, estimated mileage, and the requested insurance coverage.

    + · Prepare all rental contracts and return documents accurately and completely.

    + · Explains all policies and procedures

    + · Offer assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.

    + · Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.

    + · Check vehicle upon return to assess any damage charges.

    + · Other customer service related duties as required, to insure the best quality customer experience.

    The expected pay range for this position is ($15.49 to $25.13) (Hourly).

     

    Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
