What You’ll Do:

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert helping our customers and service team get the parts they need, when they need them.

+ Deliver outstanding customer service to retail and internal service customers

+ Assist service technicians in ordering and locating parts

+ Answer phone calls and assist with parts inquiries

+ Maintain accurate inventory and proper storage of parts

+ Handle payments, returns, warranties, and core charges

+ Process incoming parts shipments efficiently and accurately

What We’re Looking For:

+ Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a dealership setting is preferred

+ Knowledge of automotive parts and systems

+ Strong communication and organization skills

+ Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

+ Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

+ Automotive certifications a plus, but not required

Schedule:

+ Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

+ Every other Saturday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
