Now Hiring a Customer Service Representative

Pay Range: $18-$20/hourly Schedule: Monday - Friday

About the Role:

+ Welcome clients when they arrive to our Collision Center.

+ Determine the nature of the client’s visit.

+ Inform the Estimator of the client’s arrival.

+ Order Parts

+ Write PO's and invoices.

+ Schedule appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person.

+ Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client.

+ Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary.

+ Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.

+ Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers.

Ideal Candidate:

+ A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

+ Polished and professional demeanor.

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

+ Previous cashier/customer service experience is a plus.
