Planet Honda, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is busier than ever and searching for a customer-focused, results-driven, Certified Collision Repair/Body Shop Estimator for our busy and expanding Body Shop. Our ideal candidate must be reliable, exemplify outstanding customer service, and excel as a team player. We are looking for someone who can uncover damage and develop positive outcomes that result in a high level of customer satisfaction.

Estimator Responsibilities:

+ Identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns.

+ Estimate repair needs to customer based on vehicle inspection.

+ Serve as the communication between the customer and the technician.

+ Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.

+ Write accurate repair orders & estimates using ProfitNet ADP

+ Write accurate Estimates utilizing the major estimating systems: CCC Estimating and/or Mitchell Repair Center

Qualifications:

+ Excellent communication & time management skills.

+ Typing & basic computer skills to enter repair orders.

+ Mathematics to calculate service costs and count change.

+ Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($67,600 to $117,000), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
