As an Express Technician, you will be one of the primary team members responsible for delivering elevated hospitality by ensuring par excellence of our vehicles. Your efficiency of service and repair will directly impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle. We provide the training, certification, and skills required to succeed and advance your career.

Qualifications:

+ Prior Lube Technician Experience Preferred (1 year)

+ Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.

+ Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.

+ Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.

This position pays $17.00 per hour. After 90 days, compensation will transition to a flat-rate pay plan, with a base rate of $17.00 hour and the potential to earn up to $20.00/hour based on performance or completed work.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
