    Wesley Chapel Toyota , part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, has an immediate opening for a Dealership Accounting Coordinator (DAC) / Sales Administrator in their Accounting Department. The DAC will work with department leads to process and ensure dealership transactions are completed in a timely manner and compliant.

     

    Who Are we Looking For?

     

    This position requires knowledge of automotive accounting. Applicants must have experience handling the following:

     

    + Audit car deals for accuracy and completeness utilizing the Deal Checklist

    + Assist in reconciliation of cash sales accounting schedule

    + Experience working with CDK

    + Review and verify documents for New & Used retail car deals

    + Track Key Performance Indicators : VBI Programs, Rebate and Incentive Trends, Service Loaners, Operational Controls

    + DMV Functions: New and Used Car title and licensing, operational controls

    + AP/AR

    Qualifications:

    + Must have automotive dealership accounting experience.

    + Retail sales and/or customer service experience.

    + A critical thinker and effective time manager.

    + Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

    + Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
