The Resident Care Director oversees clinical operations at the Villa at Suffield Meadows, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and care standards. This leadership role is accountable 24/7 for the effective functioning of the clinical department, aligning with the organization's mission and goals. Responsibilities include staff management, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, supply oversight, and departmental planning.

* Applies key financial concepts and analysis to decision making. Participates in the budget planning process. Adheres to realistic budgets to achieve the organization's objectives.

* Clearly defines roles and responsibilities, determines necessary resources, and monitors performance toward measurable outcomes through appropriate systems and procedures.

* Understands current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting the healthcare industry. Adheres to all federal, state, the Joint Commission, OSHA, ACR, and any other applicable regulatory and/or accrediting agency guidelines.

*Minimum Work Experience*

Required: 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting

Preferred - Previous experience in a supervisory role in a Long-Term Care facility

*Required Skills*

Required: Virginia State Licensed Practical Nurse License (LPN)

Preferred: Virginia State Registered Nurse License (RN)
