    *Minimum Qualifications:*

    *Minimum Education*:

    Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent

    *Required Skills:*

     

    Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

     

    *Certifications:*

     

    Required: PCA certificate of completion AND VA State Medication Aide License

    Required: First Aid (New hires have 30 days to obtain)

    Required: CPR/AED Certification
