    Job Description

    David Weekley Homes has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Legal Team as a Contracts Administrator. Our office is located near Katy Freeway & 610W.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Enter critical dates on land contracts; track changes and updates.

    + Process payment requests.

    + Perform related copying, filing, saving, indexing and organizing transactional documents.

    + Update sales contract forms and data as directed by Legal Department

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

    + At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience

    + Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint

    Ideal Candidate will also Possess:

    + Basic knowledge of real estate contracts

    + Attention to Detail

    + Computer Literacy, including Word, Excel and SharePoint

    + Communication and organizational skills

    + Working with a Team and responding to time-sensitive requests

    Work Location: This is an on-site position at our Houston headquarters located near the intersection of I-10 Katy Freeway & 610 W Loop N Freeway
