Hours: 20 hours per week

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Associate to support our Corporate Development and Administration team. Position Summary
The Part-Time Administrative Associate will play a key role in supporting the Director and Administrative Associate with administrative coordination, document and data management, and system updates. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology—including Office 365 and cloud-based platforms. This position requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support (25%)
Coordinate and manage scheduling, calendar updates, and meeting logistics
Process and track expense reports and other routine documentation
Assist with internal communications and team coordination
Document & Database Management (50%)
Maintain, organize, and update internal databases, shared files, and corporate records
Support policy review processes and entity integration documentation
Ensure document accuracy, version control, and accessibility across platforms
Platform Support (25%)
Serve as a backup for updates and routine maintenance in internal platforms, including:
Learning Management System (LMS)
Contract Management System
Provide support in uploading content, tracking changes, and managing user access
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or document management roles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Experience working in a high-growth or acquisition-driven environment is a plus
Previous exposure to vendor management or corporate integrations is a bonus
Work Environment
Remote-first role with flexibility, but candidate must be available for occasional onsite meetings or activities as needed
